Apple Picking

Today we went apple picking. Maddie loved it. She likes to reach for things these days and when she saw the big red round objects hanging in the tree, she couldn't contain herself. We made Johnny Appleseed proud by picking lots of apples...now time for some pie!

The Rainy Weekend

As I am sure many have heard, Wheaton got nearly 9" of rain in less than 48 hours. After hours stuck inside, we just needed to go out for a walk. Maddie really wanted to help me hold the umbrella...
She also liked to stick her hand out and try to feel what all this stuff coming down out of the sky was. We had a great time!
