We took out these doors and added a larger window for above the kitchen sink

We removed the fireplace to make the entryway bigger

We have been loving the huge yard. This is the  reason we moved here:

 

We still have a lot to do and will try to update with more pictures as we get things completed.

Party Time!

We had a crazy but fun and productive weekend....packed up the moving truck Friday night, moved Saturday morning, unpacked and cleaned, had a birthday party in the afternoon, and  spent time with friends and family.

Reading and Writing

Madison will be four in just a few weeks! It is hard to believe my baby will be starting preschool in the fall. This year we have been doing our own homeschool preschool and have been apart of a great co-op group that meets once a week. One of the highlights of my days is Maddie’s reading/writing lesson in the afternoons. Madison is doing so well sounding out  words  and writing them. I’ve loved being her teacher.
